While I love deep dives and long writes in my journal, I started doing this “short-hand” version of setting intentions (along with space for gratitude and the day’s learning for evening check ins) and found it so powerful, I made it into a fillable pdf! My clients love the ease and simplicity, as well as the get-down-to business aspect of journaling like this.
